WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The preorder period is November 5, 2022 - until stock runs out.
Items are expected to ship out some time in 2023.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Due to the preorder nature of the items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Unfortunately because all profit will go to charity, we DO NOT offer refunds. If your items were damaged during transit or have any defects, please contact customer support within 14 days of receiving the package.

Please include the full name on the order, order number, description and/or photo of any damage in your message/email.
